This policy covers the Designing Artz website and its enquiry form. Designing Artz is based at H. No. 22/3, Block-C, Part-3, Sainik Enclave, New Delhi – 110072. For privacy questions or requests, email info@designingartz.com.
1. Information you give us
When you send a project enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, project message and your agreement to be contacted about that enquiry. Business name and service selection are optional. We also receive information you choose to share when you contact us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Please share only information needed to discuss your project. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
2. Why we use your information
We use enquiry details to understand your requirements, respond to questions, discuss a proposal and follow up on the project you contacted us about. If you become a client, we may also use relevant correspondence to provide the agreed services and maintain business records.
The enquiry checkbox relates to responding to your request. It does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. We do not sell enquiry details.
3. Where enquiries are stored and who receives them
Form submissions are saved privately in our website database and emailed to our team for follow-up. These notifications include the details you submit so we can respond to your enquiry. Authorised website administrators can access saved enquiries.
Our website hosting and email service providers help store or deliver this information. Service providers may process technical data as part of operating their services. We may disclose information when required by law or where reasonably necessary to address security incidents or protect legal rights.
4. Technical information, cookies and external services
Our hosting and security services may process information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and pages requested for website operation, troubleshooting and security. The enquiry form uses a short-lived, one-way identifier derived from the visitor’s IP address to limit repeated submissions. This rate-limit record expires after approximately ten minutes; it is separate from any hosting logs.
Our website may use cookies for functions such as administrator login. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect some functions.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the Contact page contains an embedded Google Map. Loading these services can share technical information, including your IP address, with Google. Embedded services may use cookies under their own policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, portfolio websites and other external services take you to providers with their own privacy practices. Information you submit there is handled under their policies.
5. Published reviews
We display selected reviews originally shared on our Google Business listing, including reviewer names, ratings and written feedback. These are stored in our website’s review library and rotated in the testimonial section. Review dates are retained internally and are not displayed on the website. 6. Retention and security
We retain enquiry correspondence while it is needed to respond, discuss or deliver a project, maintain relevant business records, or meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry and any resulting client relationship; the form does not currently apply an automatic deletion period. Copies may also remain in email records or backups until those copies are removed or replaced through the applicable retention cycle.
Enquiry records are not published on the website. We use HTTPS and access-controlled administration, but no website or email system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and requests
You may ask us to explain what enquiry information we hold, correct inaccurate details, stop optional follow-up, or delete information we no longer need to retain. You may also withdraw your agreement to further contact about an enquiry. This may limit our ability to continue that discussion and does not undo processing already carried out.
Email info@designingartz.com with the subject “Privacy request” or “Privacy concern”. Include enough information to locate the relevant enquiry, but avoid sending unnecessary identity documents. We may ask for reasonable verification before providing or changing records. We will assess requests in line with applicable law and explain if information must be retained.
8. Children and policy updates
This website and its enquiry form are intended for business enquiries and are not directed at children. Please do not submit a child’s personal information through the form. If you believe such information has been provided, contact us so we can review it.
We may update this policy when the website, services or information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
